How to remove a logo from my form?

    I have removed the logo from the top of my form, but when I preview or place the form on my web page, its still there.

    I inspected your standalone form and the logo is still there.

    I cloned your form and I saw that the logo is not added inside of the Form Builder.

    However, I can also see the logo on my cloned form.

    To resolve this issue open the Advanced Designer, Select Form Cover tab and click on the Remove button.
