Date picker field displayed incorrectly

we a data field is used in a form the - and the label are not correctly displayed in the form.

PS: more I look into the old form, more I found errors...

May I suggest shrinking the date picker to fit to your form.

If this doesn't fix the issue, can you give us more information on the format or how you want the field labels to be correctly displayed?

shrink is a workaround ... not a solution ... 

I checked your form again and it seems you fixed the issue already.
