JotForm branding still appears on my form

I have tried to remove jotform branding but it still appears for a second when form loads and then disappears. It also appears on the thank you form, "create your own form" pops up.

The form is "How can we help you"

 This happens since the branding options is still checked on your account, please note that this option needs to be manually un-checked.

I would recommend you to go to the account settings page and un-check it there: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
