my jotform is only posting the results of the form submission in a spreadsheet and not a seperate folder like it used to. Can you tell me why?
Also, any idea on how often something like this could happen or conditions that I should look out for that could control to make sure the folder always shows up??
Thanks and I love the forms!!!

I have cloned your 22817978621161 form, and integrated it with Google Drive. Then, I have submit my cloned form, and I was able to get the files on the Google Drive.
Can you try to clear browser cache and cookies, and re-integrate your form? You may also check the integration using some other browser.
If that does not help, please let us know.

Unfortunately, it is not clear why it was corrupted. We have just recently implemented that Google Drive integration, so there might be some minor bugs. Our Developers are working hard on improving the system.
In general, integrations are quite stable. Once you configure some integration, it should be up and running for years.
If you notice any other problems, please contact us, so that we will be able to proceed with the further investigation. Thank you!
