How can I send emails to Mailchimp ?

I would like to send the emails to a list on Mailchimp but I don't have a email on my form.

I explain my situation :

I have a bunch of emails. I want to send a form to this emails and when someone filled he/she will receive a specific email from Mailchimp.

Question :

1. How can I track the emails without asking the emails ? (My form are on my website)

You can use the Change e-mail recipient condition to send specific emails to your form users.
