How do I change the credit card on my account?

I'm trying to change the credit card on my account from one Paypal credit card to another. When I select "change credit card" on the billing page, it redirects me to Paypal, but without any instruction as to how to change the card. Can you help? 

You are paying by Paypal, so you should change your card there. There is no way you can change your card on Paypal through Jotform. If you want to use a different Paypal account, the current subscription needs to be canceled and you need to re-upgrade using the new Paypal.
