Need help with calculation for a basic event registration form made

I want to make my form populate the registration fee based on the answers they select in my form. How do I do this so it shows the Amount Due at the bottom of the form?

I have 4 pricing levels and need it to tell them their price upon completion of the form.
I do not plan to collect payment via the jotform...I just want to have a form so I may collect their registration data.
