Why are we getting "No such token" error with Stripe integration?

A customer tried to complete a payment on our form using the Stripe integration and got this message:

No such token: tok_1C6Pk3JJhvOSxaN7yNVOuQSv; a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request.

    What does this mean?

    thanks,
    Ben

This error usually appears when you are connected to Stripe via Test mode, but with your Live settings.

I can see now that you have Live mode enabled at the moment, have you managed to resolve this issue or it is still happening?

The customer had a problem in the morning and we realized that payment box was still in test mode. We then re-connected to Stripe for live mode, tested the form and it took a credit card payment. The customer then contacted us later in the day to say that she had tried again and received that error message.

Not clear whether the problem is still happening. We haven't been able to duplicate the error, but the customer hasn't successfully completed the form either.

Could you please try removing and then inserting again the Stripe payment integration and connect it again.

Let us know if that worked.

    Thank you!
