How can I change the redirection based on star rating field?

Is it possible to create a survey that, depeding on the input, can result in two different landing pages once the survey is completed?

For example, lets say you have a star rating system and the average is 4 stars out of 5 or greater, can you send the person to a different landing page than someone who survey averages less than 4 stars?
