I got the following message from one of my participants despite the fact I clearly set the classic thank you page with the green logo.
What should I do?
Many thanks for your answer,
"When one submits, the thankyou page is blank (Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Apple MacBook Air)--see attached."

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission and the thank you message was displayed successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I have cleared your form cache from here. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
