When form is submitted, blank page is displayed instead of thank you message.

    Hello,

    I got the following message from one of my participants despite the fact I clearly set the classic thank you page with the green logo.

    What should I do?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission and the thank you message was displayed successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
