Please try spf1.jotform.com and spf2.jotform.com. You can get more information here https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3ajotform.com&run=toolpage

I would like to add that I think that the SPF records will not help. You may suggest your customer add an SMTP sender to JotForm instead:

How to Setup SMTP for a Form

This way the emails will be emailed directly by the SMTP sender, so they will pass the DMARC check.
