save and continue

So i want to set up the save and continue for my form. I know who is completing the form and we are pre-populating some data because of the length of the form. How can i go about setting up the save and continue for the user. ie the user will not need to enter email on the first form to get the email for the main form. 

You can enable the autofill setting on your form in order for users to save and continue later with the form that they are filling up. This method does not require some session parameters on the URL. However, it is necessary that the user who fills up the form uses the same browser and device since this feature requires cookies.
