ConditionalLogic: Why do I get "missing field..." in condition when I update item in Dropdown or Single choice fields?

Is there any way you guys can consider adding a feature whereby if I have a particular radio button or drop down choice used as a condition in a logic or 100 of logical formulas, that when I try to add a single word or correct a typo in it, I do not have to go and manually then update the IF EQUAL to condition that relates to this answer?

Please note, I am editing the same answer that has been used before and not using a new line or answer item. This just seems like a bug or shortcoming in terms of ease of use, unless there is a very good reason it has been forced on us this way.

In fact, I think I ran into this same issue a few years back when editing a very complicated and large form, and asked about it under a now defunct account and was told this is something you guys are going to take a look at but I do not recall if I heard back on it or not.

    Thanks

    Omid

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. The most likely explanation is these fields are values and any changes to the items in the fields changes the value of the the items.

I have however forwarded this as a feature request to our backend team. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented.

Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured we will inform you once this feature becomes available.
