First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

We will be glad to help you with your concern. However, we may need to ask you what condition(s) in your form is not working as you are expecting it to be.

You can tell us what exactly is not happening and what should be happening instead.

I also noticed that there are a lot of conditions in your form that has the "Missing Field" indicator.

I suggest that if those conditions are no longer needed, please delete it. Otherwise, please update the conditions to correct the error.

We will wait for your response.

Yes, thank you. I changed a few things since I have taken over the from, I have fixed them
I have fixed most of it but there are two things that I can just not seem to figure out.
    I want to hide:
If: 16. Are you an accredited…..
    Is equal to-yes
Do: Hide 16. Are you a family member….
    I also want to
If accredited investor….. is no and are you a family member….is empty I want every field below it hidden other than ‘submit’
I have been pretty good about figuring out the contradicting conditions but I just can’t crack this one.
    Your input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the additional information.

Just by looking at the conditions in your form that is associated with the fields you mentioned, I can say that there must be a conflict between the conditions. We will help you determine the conflict to fix the issue in your form. But, in order for us to do so, we just need to clarify things first. In the following field statuses, can you confirm if the statement(s) is correct?

So far, here's what I understand:

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is EMPTYHide everything below that field except for the Submit button.

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is equal to "YES" — Show fields from "SUBSCRIPTION FOR PURCHASE..." up to "Submission Date" only and the Submit button.

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is equal to "NO" — Show the "Are you a family member..." and the Submit button.

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is equal to "NO" AND "Are you a family member..." is EMPTYHide everything below the fields except for the "Submit" button.

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is equal to "NO" AND "Are you a family member..." is equal to "YES" — Hide everything below the fields except for the "Sorry, you do not qualify for our pre-sale..." and the "Submit" button.

If the "Are you an accredited..." field is equal to "NO" AND "Are you a family member..." is equal to "NO" — Hide everything below the fields except for the "Sorry, you do not qualify for our pre-sale..." and the "Submit" button.

We will wait for your response.

If the "*Are you an accredited...*" field is equal to "*NO*" AND "*Are you
a family member...*" is equal to "*YES*" — *Hide everything below the
fields except for** the "Sorry, you do not qualify for our pre-sale..." and
    the "Submit" button:*
*No, for this only the ''you do not qualify for pre-sale- should be hidden.
The desired outcome is that if either the accredited or family is yes then
    the 'sorry' message is hidden.*
*But I have already fixed that bad connection. *
*The problem now is that when both 'acreddited' and 'family' are 'no' that
I want to 'sorry' message to show but I also want the Submit button
present- the submit button is currently absent .*
*Any good leads on helping me figuring this one out?*
    *Thanks for the help! *

Please accept my apology but there seems to be some confusion here.

In your previous reply, you said that:

If the "*Are you an accredited...*" field is equal to "*NO*" AND "*Are you

a family member...*" is equal to "*YES*" — *Hide everything below the

fields except for** the "Sorry, you do not qualify for our pre-sale..." and

    the "Submit" button:*

    But again you said:

*The problem now is that when both 'acreddited' and 'family' are 'no' that

I want to 'sorry' message to show but I also want the Submit button

present- the submit button is currently absent .*

Do you mean to say that you want to display "Sorry" message and also the "Submit" button in both the conditions where:

when both 'acreddited' and 'family' are 'no'

    and

when both 'acreddited' is equal to "No" and 'family' is equal to 'Yes'

We will wait for your response.

-NO the above statement is incorrect and I never wrote in any message that
this is what I wanted. It was only in my previous reply because I was
pointing it out and explaining the incorrect statement out of the ones
provided by your colleague. You can see this by reading my reply underneath
    it.
I only want the 'sorry' message to show when both 'acreddited' and 'family'
fields are equal to no which is what I have set now but I also want the
submit button present which I can not seem to do.

Okay, I have understood your requirement now.

I have cloned your form and made the required changes to achieve your requirement. I have gone ahead and added "Section Collapse" field in form. I have also disabled few existing conditions and added few more and that has fixed this issue. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:   https://www.jotform.com/80773953564973

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

No, this is not as I requested because the submit button is absent under
    the clone.
This is frustrating because I had the submit button working this morning on
my form but now it is not.

This is frustrating because I had the submit button working this morning on
my form but now it is not. I literally just tested this and without
changing anything had two different things happen just from refreshing the
page. Why is this happening? Why are things on the form changing when I
have not changed any conitional logic?

I have identified a glitch in the jotform system. When I go back and change
an answer, like where my location is to a different location, after filling
out some info below that point the conditional logic gets confused random
things pop up like the friends and family point popping up under the USA
location or logic from the previous choice is till present.
As this is likely to happen I think this issue should be addressed promptly
by jotform. I imagine there are many customers that may find this
    frustrating.

The Submit button condition is working properly. Here's a screen capture of my test:

    1521508490signa 001 Screenshot 10

As for the glitch, I tried toggling the "Where are you located?" field and I was not able to replicate the issue. (See the screen capture test above)

Please check your Submit button condition and see if that is what you're trying to achieve.

Sorry, I was referring to the submit button further down the form at the
    very bottom.
I will keep working and figuring things out.
That was not the glich I was referring to.
Thanks for all of the help.
