    Hello,

I just created a form but when I tested it out (on two different computers) and I click submit it goes to Please Wait...   But never submits. I tried it many times....what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Tom

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I see that your form is currently set to encrypt submission data. Can you try disabling that option first and just enable it again?

After that, make a test submission in your form and see if the issue is already fixed.

Otherwise, please feel free to get back to us so we can further help you.

    Hi,

Thanks, that did seem to work however I used my email in the test and didn't receive the autoresponder email I had set up. I did get the email notifying me with the encrypted form info.

I checked the email logs and it appears that all of it were sent. Can you please check your spam folder for possibilities of the emails to have landed there?

If you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, and the emails are not found in your spam/junk mail folder, please visit your webmail instead (go to your mail server's web page and login to your email account). Next, check your spam folder there. Chances are, the emails landed on the spam folder there which prevented your email client app to download/sync your emails to your email client.

You may also review your email activity history in order to understand/view the status of your forms' email alert deliveries. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
