Recurring billing profiles through Freshbooks

I'm trying to create a recurring billing profile within Freshbooks using JotForm, is this possible? I've seen posts stating to change to V3 of Jotform Builder but that option no longer seems to exist for my account?

Unless that's a paid feature?
