Submitted payment is not showing in my account

On this form, I have an option for a $25 payment. I had one get submitted today, went through the payment pending link, and it's not showing up in the account. I'm not sure what I need to do from here.

Just to clarify, you mentioned that you completed this submission from the "Incomplete Payments" section, right?

Completing the incomplete payment submissions will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notifications and will be processed as a normal submission.

If you do not want to be notified if there is an incomplete payment, then please disable the "Pending Payment Email" option. Here's how:

In the Form Builder, select the payment field and then click the "Payment Settings" button. In the Payment Settings, go to "Additional Gateway Settings". Change the value of the "Pending Payment Email" to "NO".
