Hi, I have integrated PayPal into my form, but when users want to submit their payment, it brings them to a screen saying PayPal is not working. I have provided the link. I believe I have set it up correctly, but let me know if I have not. Thank you.

I tested your form and I was redirected successfully to PayPal. Have your contacted PayPal support already? They might have a clearer picture of the error, code=BAD_INPUT_ERROR.
Do contact us if the PayPal support suggest that the issue is in our part, and we will check it out further.
