Platforms: Where can my form be located in my facebook page?

Where is Jot Form embedded on Face Book once you have been informed that it has been done?

You will usually find your form in your facebook page "contact us".

By saying that it does not work, can you give us more details on this? It would also be great if you can tell us the link to your facebook page so we can also check.

Please visit @fxtfitness and you'll see what happens. It basically recognises that something from Jot Form should be there but hasn't embedded properly I.e. there is no form but a message with a jot form picture stipulating that something hasn't worked properly. It appears that you have improperly added a form to the page since upon checking it on my laptop, the form does not appear on your contact page on your facebook page.

In addition though, adding a JotForm contact us tab on your facebook shall not be compliant with mobile browsers. And thus, the link will not appear on https://m.facebook.com/FXTFitness/ but the tab appears on https://www.facebook.com/FXTFitness/. This is a limitation set by facebook.

Instead, I recommend you try the custom iFrame method in adding your form on your facebook page as provided for on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-

Thanks but jot form did stipulate that I had successfully added to my FB page. I will try your recommendation though. Regards, Justin
