I was live chatting and now its gone so i can't get back to it?

This forum stands as support for users who need assistance and who have concerns over their accounts and forms. However, chat support is disabled at the moment. 

Jotform serves 3 million users and we receive inquiries from our users through email, forum and chat and most of the time, chat quickly becomes locked due to all spaces being taken. If forum is less, we normally open our chat support and users will normally see it popup when they are logged in.
