Request to change username

    I own Silex Data Solutions.  We had an old employee, rheinz, sign Silex up for Jotform 3 years ago.  She no longer works for my company. 

    I, josmith, for whatever reason am a sub-user under her name.  I need to be the master account holder.  Can you please change the master account user from rheinz to josmith?  I do not need to put anyone under the sub-user account.

    We cannot rename the rheinz account to josmith since the josmith account name is already registered. We can rename it to some other name.

    Alternatively, we can transfer forms from the rheinz account to the josmith account. In this case, you will also need to re-initiate the account subscription.
