The data seems to be submitted to the Europe datacenter so it is not accessible via regular www.jotform.com website.
Can we try switching your account data storage to the EU datacenter and then back to the US datacenter?

Yes I am currently in Egypt on holidays could this be why?

I have checked your account. I see that you selected 'Europe Datacenter' to store your data only in Europe.
As far as I learn, datacenter's location does not matter in our iOS application. Please check again and let us know if the issue still persists. So, we can open a bug ticket for the problem.
