The forms on my client's site are getting a "Invalid Token" error message upon submission.

That message does not look like a JotForm message, I have inspected the form and I cannot find it's from JotForm:
I have also reviewed some of your forms and none of them looks like the form on your page, please share us the direct link to the form so we can further investigate it: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
You may also provide us more details about how the form collects the data from the page and how it's sent to JotForm.
