I had a free account after upgrade to Premium stopped receiving emails with the forms. When I access the account they are there, and are also sent to DropBox but they did not arrive in the mail.
What to do?

Sorry to hear about this. Is it happening with all of the forms in your account via which you used to receive notifications or just the one at the link you provided?
