Set a condition to delete info when a specific answer is selected.

    Hi guys.

Can I set a condition so when I select 'NO' in a yes/no single choice question, the info typed of some specific fields gets erased?

I'm asking this because I have a form that has this question, and when you hit 'NO' it goes to the last page with the submit button and when you hit 'YES' it goes to the next page.

The problem is when I'm filling the info on the following page and halfway I regret and decide to go back to answer 'NO' and hit submit, I still receive the info for those fields I previously entered.

I hope I made myself clear.

You can see this question on line 57 of my form.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

I have cloned your form and tested the specific scenario you have provided. However, I was not able to reproduce the one that you mentioned above.

It is probably because of the selected "Clear on Being Hidden" option.

As I checked your form, this option is already selected so the issue should be solved now.

I hope everything is okay with the conditions now.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other assistance.

Yes, I figured it out myself in the end. The 'Clear on Being Hidden' does not work for the "skip page" conditions, so I needed to add a few new conditions to "hide" all following fields when someone selects 'NO', this way the 'Clear on Being Hidden' worked.

I think that the "skip page" conditions should still count as hidden fields.

    Thanks anyway!

Yes. As the name of the option suggests 'Clear on being Hidden', it works only with hidden fields. The skip page condition will skip the pages, and the fields in the skipped pages are not hidden. That is the reason the fields in those pages still count.

    Thanks!
