Auto responder & Thank you set up but people are not receiving after submitting forms
As above. I have set up per instructions. thank you

I have tried submitting your JotForm and see that the Thank you page is displayed normally. Please see the screenshot below:
I also notice that the form is enabled with Form encryption. Please be noted that the Autoresponders cannot be sent for the encrypted forms since the submission data will be stored after encryption. If you want to send the autoresponder, it is required to disable the form encryption on the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on encrypted forms.
