My autoresponder doesn't work

Hi 

I have trawled through your help files and done everything they say but I am having trouble getting my autoresponder to work.

I have put email addresses into a radio button calculated field, and set the autoresponder to send an email based on the radio selected, but it doesn't send.

All other emails send. I think there is something wrong with the text field. I tried converting the radio button to a dropdown, but that doesn't work either.

Do the email addresses need to be in ""? This is driving me crazy.

I can see that you have set up conditions for Autoresponder emails. Please note that the emails won't be sent unless the conditions are met.

I can also see that you are using Calculation Values in some fields. That will not work.

If you are using a drop-down field or a radio button element, the email needs to be in the text content of the option and not in the calculation value.

You can also just type the email where you want the autoresponder to be sent.
