How do clients save a part-completed form?

Hi,

I have created a food diary for my clients to complete over the period of a week. 

How do I add save button so they can complete one day and come back to the form without it being wiped?

We have two different methods to achieve this, the first one is the autofill method which saves the data on the browser and computer up to 24 hours, the data is cleared if the cache is cleared as well and cookies must be enabled. The second method is the save and continue later, this saves the data on our servers for up to 90 days and the users can access it from any device.
