different receipients according to chosen options

    Hi, I'm working on form 80513452828356

    I want to use a different receipients, depending on what the selected value is in field 10 / 11 / 12 /13. 

    When I want to create the condition for my second option it saids that  I need to upgrade to use multiple recipients. But I only want to use one recipient per option. Which plan do i need to upgrade to?

    All subscriptions allow for adding multiple recipients.  Alternately, you could create a single condition for for each recipient.
