I am not receiving submission emails after the form is submitted.

    Hi, Just set up a form and have run a couple of tests and I am not receiving the email notification and information from completed application form. 


    Please help.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have added notification email alert and form auto-responder email alert correctly and the emails should be sent successfully without any problem. 

    I did test your form by sending a test submission and I did receive the auto-responser email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I also checked our email logs as well and found that the submission emails to  jstephens@africamda.orgwas also sent successfully. Please check the email logs below:

    Have you checked your SPAM folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. 

    If the emails are not in SPAM folder, I would suggest you to please speak to your email service provider and ask them if the emails form noreply@jotform.com is getting blocked. You may also ask them to white list our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails.
