I'm looking to build an order form that will allow our mobile team members to enter orders and accept credit cards. Since we may have several hundred items in our selection, I was hoping to have a drop down that will offer all plus will need an additional quantity box. If multiple items are required, I would expect the ability to add a new item and an additional populated dropdown box would be presented. Perhaps we could just have multiple dropdowns with the same products that could be chosen.

Is this possible? We process about $3 million dollars a year through credit cards and we process through Authoize.net.

I've uploaded a screenshot of a form we currently use with another provider.

Have you checked out payment tools? Inside of this guide you can find how to create a payment form:

You can also create sub-products, enable special pricing and add quantity selector.

Another way is to set your product using the basic fields. For example, you can use the dropdown field. You can then assign calculation values for your products and set a calculation inside of the form.

Once you perform a calculation you can pass it to the payment field

    Hope this will help.

I've tried using the calculated field and duplicating but then the fields don't display in preview.

It does not appear what we need to do is possible with this application. The goal is to accept and process credit cards orders quickly and efficiently with several hundred items and potentially multiple line items.  We need to be able to select an item(s), add quantity(s) and process.

As I check your form, it seems you have conditions that are missing, please fix those conditions or disable them so that your form will work correctly.

After disabling your conditions, I was able to see the 1st product and other fields.

    Hope this information helps.
