I sent an earlier email with no response. None of my forms are showing; therefore, I cannot get any reports. m Please advise.

Your forms are available from within your account. The form is the page you referenced is shown on my end. Make sure you are logged in to your JotForm account before viewing forms. Your post came from a Guest account so I do not believe you were fully logged in.
