Not receiving an email alert

    I checked the form (http://www.jotform.me/form/80458220379459) and there's no notification email. Please add a notification email to your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

    I believe there is a notification in quizform. Does there need to be one
    in jotform also?

    Yes , you are right. You can receive email notifications when you use the option, email results to your email address.

    Have you checked your spam/junk folder for the email notifications? I have tested your form and I received the answers/submissions at my spam folder.

    May we know the email address you have used to receive the quiz answers?

    Yes, I checked my spam/junk folder and I have tested my form with a variety of email addresses.  I have checked the form both in jotform (preview) and also when embedded on the page.  I am still not receiving the email notifications -- either for the person taking the quiz or the admin.

    I tested your quiz form, and I was able to receive the notification.

    Checked your mail logs for your email and I can only see 1 email notification.

    Kindly try to whitelist our Jotform  email list.

    You can also try to use SMPT to send notifications to your email.
