Hello,
Today I just used FAQ question form for my website SHOP page by using the external link. I used Google Captcha widget on the form, however, it is not showing. I provided the URL of that FAQ Question form herewith.
You will find the captcha I inserted on the FAQ Question Form if you take a glance to my account, but I didn't understand why it is not showing on that specific ULR!
Please check and kindly help me to suggest, how can I enable the captcha?
With best regards,
Amar.

I am able to see the Captcha field on your form when I view it as standalone.
Also, there could be conflicts with the embed code of your form. You may want to re-embed the form using the Iframe method.
If the problem still persists after the re-embedding the form, could you share your website's link with us? So, we can check your problem further.

Hi,
Thank you for your kind attention. Actually, I didn't use any embedded
code, rather I used a link of that FAQ form, since I didn't want to show
the FAQ form on my shopping page. You can check it out here -
https://www.amarsingha.org/shop/
You can see a blue button at the top of this page quoted - "Get your
question answered". Just click on it and it will take you to the FAQ form
where the captcha is not showing.
Have a nice day,
Amar.

Thank you for providing with the details.
However, I am still able to see the 'Google reCAPTCHA' widget on your form by clicking "Get your question answered" button.
Please see the screencast on the below:
Could you tell us which browser and device are you using? Are you getting any errors on your browser's console? It would be great that you can provide a screenshot if there are errors in the console.
You can follow this guide to learn more about how to get a console report from your browser.
As an alternative solution, you might also want to consider using captcha field in your form. It has reCaptcha option as well.
I hope this helps.

Hi,
Thank you so much for solving the problem. The problem was not in the
captcha integration rather in the browser I am using. Firefox Quantum is my
default browser and using it, the captcha is not showing, but when I was
using Chrome or Opera, it is showing well. However, I am thankful that you
did a lot for me.
Have a nice day :)
With regards,
Amar.

We are glad that the problem is resolved.
By the way, I confirm the widget is showing in Firefox 58.0.2 version, too.
