How do I copy the code to the SMTP Account Wizard as required by Jotform?

I received this message in my email requiring action in order to receive jotforms to that email address. How do I do it? 

I have several forms pointing to this email. Is there a separate verification code for each of my forms to this same email or is one verification of this email enough to use for all my forms?
