First of all thanks for fixing my previous problem. Custom fields can now be matched, but I still have another issue:
Some values from the form don't show up in the custom field in Asana Premium. Values from checkboxes and date fields for example don't work. The custom fields show up as empty instead of displaying the selcted value from the form.
Other types of fields work without problems (Dropdown, Radio Button). I've used them as a workaraound to get my form to work...
Another thing I've noticed: I can't get any email addresses (from email fields) listed as followers in Asana, although I've matched the two fields.
Important: All these three issues were not present some months ago. Everything worked fine at first! There must have been changes by you or Asana which introduced these issues.

I'm having account issues with Asana integration. In the meantime, I would suggest doing the following changes:
1. You are using our Single Text Entry field for the Email. Please change this to our basic Email field instead:
2. Remove Asana integration and do it again from the start. Basically, just re-integrate.
