    I think Im'm getting billed twice. I got a email saying our card was declined so I used the link andd paid $9.95. But we use the professional platform and I know we have been geting billed for that. We are really using your service a lot now and all is good. But i want o make sure Im not paying $9.95 plus the $49.95 per month.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to find the 2 subscription charges for this month. Upon checking, on October 18th there was a failed charge attempt on your account and there is another successful payment made today. 

    Also, I can see that you signed up for the premium plan and not the professional plan as you have indicated.

    If you believed you have been charged twice for this month, please give us the 2 order reference number so we can take a look and issue a refund if there might be a redundancy payment.
