I have a billing issue - i found out because I see this error message - see url. I cleaned out my submissions while my billing inquiry is being reviewed, so that I have no submissions left. still seeing error message on url, please help!

I have cleared your form cache, your form should now appear on your site. I just tested and made a submissions. All should be good.
