I have just- by chance- found out that for the last 6 weeks no new subscribers have been added to my subs list. I use Jotform on 2 websites which have had over 6000 unique visitors since the end of August (which is when the subscriptions stopped). When I first set up the integration, everything worked fine for the first few weeks and I have had lots of subscribers. But that syddenly stopped at the end of August! I have contacted my Auto repsonse provider 'Mailchimp' and they have confirmed that the API key is still correct and that there are no issues on their end.
Having check my Jotform integration details however, Jotform displays 'connected to mailchimp' so outwardly it all looks cirrect. However, after lengthy checks with Mailchimp everything seems to be working on their end.
i therefore have to assume that the issue lies with Jotform. Please urgently look into this for me.
The Jotform is under the video on the website.Page URL:

We would be happy to help you!
Can you please let us know which of your forms is the one with the issue?
I see that your account has two forms. Please let us know so that we can further look into it.

Neither of the forms seems to work anymore, although when you isgn up you see the 'subscription successful' message.
forms are not working (well they look like they are working when you subscribe, but then the integration with Mailchimp does not seem to work).
i just ran several tests. I subscribed with several of my email addresses but never received a confirmation email to these amil addresses nor was I sugned up to the Mailchimp email list.

I have just tested your form, please check your Mailchimp list if I have been added there. If not, please can you try removing the current integration and reintegrate it again and see if it does not help?
Generate a new key for the reintegration, please.

Thanks for your test.
I have removed the curremt integration and added a new API key, then sent a test through the form on www.britishaccent.us
It worked. I saw my own subscription in Mailchimp and another thing I noticed is, that there were several hundred subscribers 'cued' up in Jotform which -as soon as I added a new API key- all got released or passed over to Mailchimp.
So everone who had subscribed in the last few weeks and did not get passed on form Jotform to mailchimp now did get passed on.
I still do not know what could have caused this corruption, but I hope t won't happen again.
Thanks so much for your help!
