Do you have the Form URL from which you are receiving the email notifications?
There are two accounts associated with your email address.
Account 1 username: RoadandBridge
Account 2 username: mtaber
If the form belongs to one of those accounts, you can log in and change the recipient emails.
If you don't know the password, you can reset it.
