Sub-account:Limited submissions on paid subscription

Hello; my account is a sub-account of marina@wwceusa.com and even though the account has a subscription for a higher number of monthly submissions, any form I have created under my account (swt@wwceusa.com) has been met with the 100 submission limit. We run a business sponsoring foreign exchange students and use JotForm for a number of check-ins and it's very important that all sub-accounts are able to create forms and be included in the subscribed amount.

Can you please help us with this?

We are sorry for the confusion but, sub-users has their own separate account as with the main account thus making the sub-user account under the free plan.

Sub-user account, will not have the same subscription as the main account or carry the feature the main account has.

The purpose of the sub-user account is to be able to:

    Edit a Forms

    View submissions

Sub-users doesn't really need to be on a paid subscription level for as long as they won't need the same limit as the parent/main account. May I suggest creating the form in the parent/main account and just share the form to the sub-user.
