Custom email based on multi-page form

    Good afternoon,

    I have a form that is broken up into 5 pages (using page breaks). Page 1 has a question which, depending on how they answer,directs the user to page 2,3, or 4. Pages 2,3 and 4, all have a "Next" button that takes the user to page 5 for submission. Depicted as follows:

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    The emailed alerts contain every field for all 5 pages, but as you can see above the user only ever uses 3 of the pages, depending on how they answer on page 1. I'd like to make the email alerts contain only the fields from whichever 3 of the 5 pages they have gone through; in other words, the email alert should not report fields from the 2 pages that user has not used/filled in fields for... eliminating confusiing empty or auto-date/time fields from the superfluous 2 pages.

    Is there a way to accomplish this? Please let me know.
