I have entered some conditional formatting for my form - A calculation to be added to the results section of my form.

I checked your form, but I'm not sure what should be the calculation there since these conditions are not good:
You have multiply sign and .25, that cannot work in that way, you have to have field or value that will multiply that number:
So, either add a field that will multiply, or add a number.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

CliqueDMReplied on March 21, 2018 at 9:43 PMSo I'm looking to multiply the answer that is filled into the field
"Desired monthly Revenue" x 25% to give the answer in "Required ad spend"
field.
AND I'm also doing the exact same for "average sale value" field answer x
25% to give the answer in "cost per sale"
What should be the formatting for this calculation then?

I'm afraid we didn't receive your screenshot.
But I checked your conditions, and there was an error in one of them:
I corrected that and tested, the form should be working fine.
Let us know how it worked for you.
Thank you!
