Missing product information for a submission

    We have one child registered that is missing the product information.  Dax Brown.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the payment field is not set as a required field which has allowed the user to submit the form without selecting any option. Please mark the field as required so that the form cannot be submitted without selecting a product.

    You may ask the user to submit the form again after making the changes to the form for making the payment.
