    I am trying to get form to integrate with Paypal. When I submit order and pay, I indicate that I don't have a Paypal account and I get a message that says...

    As I tried to submit your JotForm, I see that it has redirected to PayPal without any issue.

    The problem still occurs. It gets to that screen, but when you select the option that says No PayPal account, pay using debit or credit card --- you get the screen I previously shared.

    As I check the issue further, it looks like it is due to the unconfirmed email address in business/merchant account.

    Following steps can solve this issue:

    1. Login to your merchant/business account

    2. Click on "update email" which is sub menu of profile.

    3. and then confirm your email address.

    If the issue still persists, you may be required to contact PayPal support since the issue is related to the PayPal account.
