I like what you are trying to achieve but it really needs more testing. I'm using jot form cards and experiencing a few issues which make the overall user experience clunky. It also looks awkward on iphone 7. I think once you have the finer details sorted you will have a great product. If you want to get in touch I'd be happy to explain the problems I'm having.

I think the form you have mentioned is "Request a Website Quote" (form ID: 80786733984878) I have tried to test the form but I was not able to see any issue.
Could you please provide us more details about your experiences and your concerns with our new layout JotForm Cards? We’d like to know more about your experience. You can provide even the tiniest issue in detail.
-> What type issue have you faced in your form using iPhone7? Is the problem about the design or did you encounter a bug or logical problem?
-> Which browser did you use when the issue encountered? Browser version number would be helpful for investigation either.
