Add image (logo) to email notification

Asked by guest_22925727298062 on October 25, 2012 at 03:49 PM

I've been looking at the Forum and found an answer, but I do not know how to get the IMG prefix (logo) into my email notification.  I would like the aligator to go at the top of the email notification and pdf.

Can you take me step by step?

I cloned my original form and using this form as a test form.

Just open the email notification compostion.

( Email Alerts icon -> notification name )

Then in the Email composition editor, click on the 'insert/edit' image icon to add a logo image.

These email notification can be customise pretty much to any specification this option pane.

Can you try that out and let us know if you get stuck with anything anywhere?

This worked.  I had to delete the email notification and activate it again and then the logo appeared.  Thank you!

I also have a link to a PDF of their receipt.  Is it possible to have the logo appear on the PDF?

I'm sorry but it is not possible. PDF Submissions are automatically generated and can't be customized. However you can always achieved this by downloading your submissions PDF and manually add it there using adobe acrobat.
