I have cloned and tested your form. It seems you have used Global Countdown widget as time countdown and selected "Submit form" as widget action. I was not able to reproduce any issue about the Global Countdown widget. It submitted the form when the countdown is completed and notification and autoresponder emails have been sent properly.
