Can we choose quarterly subscription for a Silver plan?

As far as I understood your question, you want to upgrade your account only for few months. Is that correct?

If so, I can suggest to choose a monthly subscription to be charged on the same date every month and to cancel it any time you don't need it more. 

When you need Silver privileges again, you will have to create a new subscription, because we only have monthly, yearly and bi-yearly options.

Based on the description above, I understand that we could upgrade and downgrade at anytime. 

For example : If I want to choose the silver plan on April, I have to upgrade on the last week of March. When I don't use the silver plan on May, I should be downgrade on the last week of April. I wish I were right.

When paying the silver plan, do I have to pay the complete amount ($39 × 12 months) or just the monthly fee ($39)? .When cancelling the subscription, is it true that the refunded amount is $39 x 11? .How long the time we must wait untill we get the refund?

You can upgrade your account any time you need, you can downgrade your account any time you would like to downgrade. 

Let me explain this with a quick example.

Let's assume that you have upgraded your account to Silver Monthly subscription today. (March 22nd, 2018).Your next billing time will be April 22nd, 2018. You will be charged $39 each month on your billing day. 

Let's say that you need this subscription on for 2 months. 

March 22nd, 2018___April 22nd, 2018____May 22nd, 2018____June 22nd, 2018

-> You can cancel your subscription just before May 22nd, 2018(your billing date for May). If so, you won't be charged for June.

-> You can cancel your subscription between May 22nd, 2018 and June 22nd, 2018, for example, May 27th, 2018. If so, you will be charged the next month subscription.

In this case: 1) Your account will be scheduled to cancel on June 22nd, 2018 and you can use silver subscription limits until June 22nd, 2018 and your account will be downgraded on this date and won't be charged anymore until you upgraded your account again.

2) If you don't want your account to be scheduled to downgrade and want a refund immediately then you should let us know and we will process the refund for unused time. 

Refund delay is related to your payment time. Subscription payments with PayPal can take up to 7 business day. Subscription payments with Credit Card can process immediately.
