Is there a limit to the file size that customers can upload with the form?

Hello,

I have been receiving complaints from customers who have filled out the form, but I never received them. The customers receive an automatic reply email from my business, but of course I never answered them as I did not receive them. Do you know what could be the problem? Is there a limit to the file size that customers can upload with the form?

Yes there are limits on the upload file size which you can upload in form. Please note that by default, only 1 MB of file can be uploaded in file upload field of form but you can change the upload file size limit.
